Adama is the founder and head coach of Thunderbolts Futsal Academy, where he leads the development of all players and oversees the academy programme. With a strong coaching background and experience working with multiple age groups across grassroots and youth football, Adama brings passion, knowledge, and dedication to every session.
His coaching philosophy is built around motivation, enjoyment, discipline, and player development. Adama believes that players learn best in a positive and supportive environment where they feel confident, encouraged, and challenged. His sessions are designed to be fun, structured, and engaging, helping players develop both technically and mentally.
At the core of his coaching are values of respect, hard work, honesty, and teamwork. He takes pride in building strong relationships with players and creating a safe environment where every individual feels valued and supported in their development.
Adama focuses on long-term player development, helping players improve their technical ability, decision making, and game intelligence through structured training, feedback, and game-based learning. His aim is not only to develop better futsal players, but to help players become more confident, intelligent, and creative players overall.
Thunderbolts Futsal Academy was created to provide players with more time on the ball, more opportunities to make decisions, and a structured environment where they can develop their skills and love for the game.
Adama’ long-term vision is to grow Thunderbolts Futsal Academy into a strong development programme with more teams, more qualified coaches, and more opportunities for young players to train, compete, and develop at a high level.
