WHO WE ARE

DEVELOPING YOUNG PLAYERS THROUGH FUTSAL

Thunderbolts Futsal Academy is a youth futsal development academy based in Maidstone, Kent.

We work with boys and girls across our U7–U12 age groups, providing structured training designed to help players develop both on and off the ball.

Futsal gives young players frequent opportunities to interact with the ball, make decisions, solve problems and play in a fast-paced environment.

Our aim is to create an environment where players can enjoy the game while being challenged to improve.

BUILDING PLAYERS FOR THE FUTURE

We believe development is a journey. Every player should have the opportunity to learn, make mistakes, gain confidence and continue progressing.

Coaching is not simply about telling players what to do. We want players to understand why they are doing it.

Our sessions use practices and games that encourage players to observe, make decisions, solve problems and apply their learning.

As players progress through the academy, the challenges can become more demanding, helping them develop greater independence and understanding.
